These Terms and Conditions govern your use of MakeMyKundali, a product of ViralTech (Sole Proprietorship), registered under MSME/Udyam, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Use of the Application

✓ You must be at least 13 years old
✓ Use the application only for lawful purposes
✗ Do not reverse engineer or decompile
✗ Do not transmit harmful or malicious code
✗ Do not misuse or abuse subscription access

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the application — including text, graphics, logos, Kundali algorithms, and software — are owned by ViralTech and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of India.

User Content

You retain ownership of the personal data (name, date/time/place of birth) you enter into the application. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you provide. We use this data only to generate your Kundali and related astrological reports.

Subscription & Payment Terms

› Subscription plans are billed as one-time payments (quarterly or yearly)
› All payments are processed securely via Razorpay
› Prices are in INR (Indian Rupees)
› Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually renew after expiry
› Each subscription is valid for one device per platform

Refund & Cancellation Policy

NO REFUND APPLICABLE FOR

✗ Once Kundali report is generated or downloaded
✗ Once subscription plan is activated and features accessed
✗ Change of mind or dislike of astrological predictions

REFUND APPLICABLE FOR

✓ Duplicate / double payment (within 7 working days)
✓ Payment debited but subscription not activated (within 7 working days)
✓ Technical error from our side preventing service delivery

Refunds processed within 5–7 working days to original payment source. Write to [email protected] with payment details.

Delivery Policy (Digital Services)

MakeMyKundali provides digital / online services only — no physical goods are delivered. Upon successful payment, your subscription is activated instantly and Kundali reports are available for download immediately within the application. In case of any delay beyond 30 minutes of successful payment, please contact us at [email protected].

Internet Connectivity Requirement

MakeMyKundali requires an active internet connection at all times to function. All astrological calculations, report generation, subscription validation, and data synchronization are performed on our servers. The application does not work offline. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by your internet connectivity issues.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind. Astrological predictions are for entertainment and guidance purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. We do not guarantee accuracy of astrological interpretations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralTech / MakeMyKundali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from your use of, or inability to use, the application.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users via email of significant changes. Your continued use of the application after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the application immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and any unused subscription period will not be refunded.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and applicable RBI guidelines. In case of any dispute, the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
